Deadline changes for WHMIS 2015 transition

Manufacturers and importers now have until June 1, 2018 to comply with the Hazardous Products Regulations.
This means they have another year to author and introduce SDSs and products labels written in the new WHMIS 2015 standard. This affects and moves the deadline for clearing out old labels and MSDSs from the market to September 1, 2018. Please see on our transition timeline poster for more information.
