As a designer, how do you cultivate your creativity? What motivates and inspires you? Do you know if you are primarily right brain dominant or left brain dominant? Or are you in the middle? Once you feel inspired, how do you stay creative and innovative, even under stress? How should you nurture and protect this precious resource? This presentation will investigate where creativity originates, why it's important to designers, what blocks it and how to cultivate it, and how to make it work for you. You will walk away with tools and ideas to help you get started immediately.
