Recent MSLA graduate lands new role at Malden Catholic

Siobhan Sullivan, Suffolk University '15,
Boston College '17

Siobhan Sullivan , a 2017 graduate of the MS in Leadership & Administration program, recently was named
External Affairs Associate at Malden Catholic High School.

Siobhan shares: "A lot of my work will consist of communications-specific materials working closely with advancement and admissions.  I am set to take over the social media accounts to help spread the message of MC.  My main goal right now is to build a brand identity on social media.  It's amazing how much of what I learned through the MSLA program (with my concentration of corporate communication and marketing) I will be able to apply in this new role.

At Woods, my capstone title was "America runs on Dunkin'... But what about China?"  I combined everything I've learned in this program to create an ethical marketing plan for Dunkin' Donuts to succeed abroad after the company announced plans for a Chinese expansion.

I think my favorite part of the MSLA program was the people.  I was learning from individuals who have massive experience in their fields, giving us an insight into how the course material works in the real world, my classmates consisted of various ages, genders and nationalities which brought different perspectives into the classroom conversations, and the Woods College staff and administrators, as well as faculty, are all so supportive.

I'm so glad to have been given the opportunity to graduate with a degree from Woods College, a program that is both flexible and rewarding.  I will definitely miss everyone at Woods, but I know my professors have prepared me to apply classroom concepts to real world problems and I'm ready for my new journey."

Congratulations Siobhan!!

Looking For Off Campus Housing?
Sub-Lessees are needed Off-Campus!

Many BC students have spring semester sublets available. A significant amount of BC students have chosen to go abroad in the spring rather than the fall, resulting in this imbalance. With that said, many students are reducing the rent at these units to help entice potential sub-tenants.
