Utility Consumers get $28.7M payout!
JPS and NWC paid out over $28.7M to customers from July-September 2017, as a result of service standard breaches. This data comes from the Office of Utilities Regulation's (OUR's) Quarterly Performance Report for the period.

OUR joins in the tremendous chorus of voices expressing shock at Ian Boyne's passing. 

Just six months before he passed, Ian sat with our Director General, Ansord Hewitt, to discuss the ' Effectiveness of the OUR'  on his highly acclaimed
Issues and Answers TV programme for the JIS on  June 2, 2017. 
Now, at the end of OUR 20th year (2017) we share a 15 minute radio documentary  observing the regulator's 20 years of sterling achievements, along with some milestones. It's filled with memories.
