Legoland Restroom Remodel In late February, Victor Construction reached final completion of Legolands restrooms remodel, located at Streets of Woodfield in Schaumburg, IL. The restrooms received a new facelift with new millwork countertops, plumbing fixtures, and a fun paint job to match the corporate colors. This is Victors 4th project for Legoland.  |

Knipex Tools New Buffalo Grove Location Victor Construction lead the construction of Knipex Tools new 53,000 square foot industrial facility with interior designer KDI Design. The renovated office space features bold and eye-catching finish selections along with unique office workspace layouts. Construction also included a upgrades to the mechanical systems in both the office and warehouse. . |

PPG Paints Victor Construction has completed their 2nd PPG paints project, with doors opening in February, 2017. Located at 415 N. Damen Ave. in Chicago, PPGs buildout and renovation work included the demolition of the leased space, and the addition of new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Renovations of the buildings exterior comprised of the removal of the existing overhead doors, E.I.F.S. in-fills, along with masonry repairs and a repaint of the buildings exterior. |
