Sigma Nu Tau---Offering Greater Value to Members!
Dear ,
High achieving college students today are often invited to join a number of honor societies. Making a decision about which honor society or societies to join may depend on the membership/initiation fees as well as the relevance of the honor society to the student's interests. We believe that Sigma Nu Tau Entrepreneurship Honor Society offers members an excellent value for the $50 membership fee.
Here is a list of the concrete materials and intangible benefits that new Sigma Nu Tau student members receive:
- Lifelong membership in Sigma Nu Tau and the recognition and rewards of being an honor student
- Satisfaction that comes from belonging to an honor society that is exclusively for students majoring or minoring in entrepreneurship
- Pride stemming from membership in an honor society that is dedicated to principled entrepreneurship
- Sigma Nu Tau lapel pin
- Sigma Nu Tau membership certificate & congratulatory letter
- 1-year subscription to Entrepreneur magazine
- Continuing subscription to this Sigma Nu Tau e-newsletter
- Eligibility to apply for Sigma Nu Tau Scholarships
- Eligibility to enter the Sigma Nu Tau Video Pitch Competition
- Recognition on Sigma Nu Tau website & Facebook page
- Opportunities to network with successful entrepreneurs and faculty members who serve as role models as well as other motivated student entrepreneurs.
If you would like to establish a chapter at your university so that you can recognize outstanding students, faculty members, entrepreneurs, and honorary members, please visit our website (SigmaNuTau.org) and check out our Facebook page to learn more about the process. Or give me a call to discuss it! If you know faculty members or students at another college who might be interested in having a chapter of Sigma Nu Tau at their school, please encourage them to call me or direct them to our website's homepage link: "How to Start Your Chapter."
Wishing you great success & fulfillment in 2018!

What's APPin'ing
Save Contacts with the CamCard App!
As an entrepreneur, you make a lot of contacts at conferences and meetings. It becomes difficult to keep track of all the business cards you receive. You may even lose some of the them. Don't let this happen to you! Use CamCard, which scans your business card, records the contact information including name, phone number, email, title, company and address, and it automatically saves it into your phone or other email accounts. You can also sync data across other devices.
This app is available on the
Apple App Store
free and the cost
on other mobile phones is $3.26

4 Simple Ways to Grow Your Brand on Instagram
Are you an entrepreneur looking to increase your social media following? Check out these helpful tips on how to make your business stand out from the rest!
1) Choose the right username.
It is important to make sure your username is relevant and that it matches your other online properties as much as possible. A good username will not only increase your chances of being seen, but it won't confuse your followers either!
2) Create outstanding visual content.
As an entrepreneur, your pictures and videos that you post to Instagram should look professional. Your posts will stand out to your audience if they are more visually appealing than the thousands of other pictures posted on Instagram each second.
3) Follow the guidelines.
Don't let your brand get banned! Make sure you know the rules of Instagram so that your reputation stays intact.
4) Invest in advertising.
"In today's mobile world, Instagram is a top tool to use to bring more visibility to your personal brand as well as a place where people can be directed to your website and other online properties." Instagram can be an easy and efficient way to advertise your brand, so don't pass up opportunities to do so!
