The mission of Corpus Christi Catholic School is to nurture every child by providing the opportunities to grow in faith, achieve academic success, and serve others as disciples of Jesus.
Cougar Connection
Dear Parents,

Welcome to 2018!  We are excited for the start of a new year and ready for another great semester at Corpus Christi!
Registration for 2018-2019 School Year

Registration forms for the 2018-2019 school year were sent home today with the youngest student in each family.   Please complete the forms and return by January 16 with the $100.00 registration fee per child to secure your child's placement for next year.  If you do not receive the forms, please call the school office. All accounts (tuition, after school, etc.) must be current in order to register for the upcoming school year. If you are not returning next year, please let the school office know of your plans.  Open registration for new families will begin on January 22.

St. Jude Math-A-Thon
January 8th through 19th

This year, Corpus Christi will participate in our annual Math-a-thon for St. Jude's during the weeks of January 8th through the 19th.  Pledge envelopes were sent home today.  The money is due on or before Friday, January 19th.  Students must complete the math problems online and donations may also be made online.  All students donating at least $25 by January 19th will have an out of uniform day on Monday, January 22nd.  Any class having 100 % participation will receive a special prize.  We are very appreciative of the special care that Andre Colletti (CCS class of 2009), as well as other local families, received while at St. Jude's.   All of the amazing work done at St. Jude is shared with hospitals throughout the country who are treating childhood cancer.  We support the staff and the research at St. Jude with our participation and support of the Math-a-thon.  Remember, no family ever gets a bill from St. Jude, and that is what makes the Math-a-thon so important.

Here is the link to the online  Math-A-Thon information.

Health Room Reminders stethoscope_dr_pad.jpg

Please remember these guidelines, as listed in our parent student handbook:

If your child has a fever of 100 degrees or greater, they may not come to school. If they are sent home from school with a fever, they may not return the next day. In order to return to school, students must be fever free for 24 hours without the use of fever reducing medicines.
  • If your child is sent home from school for vomiting, they will not be able to return to school the next day. They must be able to tolerate solid food before returning to school.
  • If your child has a staph infection such as Impetigo, they must have a note from their doctor stating that they are able to return to school.
Thank you for your cooperation. Following these few simple rules helps keep our children happy and healthy during the school year.

Morning Carpool Reminders

Please remember that after 7:30, parents should not pull into the main parking lot of the school. At 7:30, you must go through the carpool line to drop your children off, or you may choose to park behind the rectory and walk with them to school. Students should not be dropped off in any parking lot. This is for the safety of all of our children.

Bible Verse

Each month students learn a Bible verse, and recite it together at school during our morning prayers.  We also pray a particular prayer each month.

Our Bible Verse for January:  Philippians 4:13

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

The prayer we will focus on is the "Glory Be."
