Finished Photos of Summer 2017 School of the Art Institute (SAIC) Projects
We have final shots of our projects at SAIC. The basement classroom and gallery space at 112 S. Michigan Ave. is ready for the 2017 fall students, and the 10th floor offices at 116 S. Michigan Ave. are being utilized by school staff. This was Victor’s first time working for SAIC. We're pleased to have the opportunity to work for this historical school (and great client.) Click on the links above to check out all the photos of the finished spaces! Photo credits to SAIC.

Elizabeth Schuttler Advances to Week Four in Daily Herald Cook of the Week Challenge

Victor's Business Developer Elizabeth Schuttler is also an avid chef, currently competing in the Daily Herald’s Cook of the Week Challenge. In her introductory interview with the Herald, Elizabeth states "My passion and enthusiasm for food have taken two decades to evolve, and I’m ready to share how to create a wonderful meal using fresh, simple and affordable ingredients." The 'Chopped'-style contest features local home chefs tasked with creating innovative dishes based on a mystery basket of ingredients. The chefs do not know what ingredients they’ll be working with ahead of time, and each week they face elimination from a panel of judges. We are proud to report that Elizabeth has made it into week 4! Check out Elizabeth’s creative recipes for week 1 and week 2 (with week 3 coming soon!) You can also read the judges' assessments of each dish, and track the full contest results every week here.
