,

A lot has happened since our last newsletter. We have been on two weekend getaways and have had plenty running achievements at parkruns and races. We have had a whole term of Spring Classes and 2 Chi Running Workshops.

There is new running chick baby on the team, there was an incredible ultra running performance and we have had lots of media coverage. We had great fun in April with our daily surprise challenge which covered a lot more than just exercise.

We are all set for our New Summer Classes which kicks off this Monday 22nd May. Very soon our long distance runners will be getting started on our Dublin Marathon Coaching Programmes and we are currently finalising some exciting Pop-Up classes to treat you with this summer.

Best of Spring
We have so many memories that we have put together some photo albums to highlight our memories. Check out our 2017 Photos .

We are just back from a fabulous weekend in Offaly with a gang of 18 runners from all around the country. So good was the trip, we are looking into another similar one later in the summer. Let us know if you would be interested. Kinnitty Photos

Our annual trip to Limerick was a great success with our runners taking part in the Half Marathon, 6 Mile and Relay. This weekend never fails to disappoint, and we have already booked our hotel rooms for next year. Limerick Photos

And Finally.....

Since this picture was taken last month, 2 of the 3 ladies below have been very busy.
The one on the left has been taking it easy swanning off on running holidays.
Baby Grace Slater was born in April. Coach Aoife is doing great as is baby Grace and all the family. Grace has even made her first outing to parkrun already, but decided to cheer instead of run this time. Won't be long til Daddy Slater will have 2 little running chicks in the buggy flying around parkrun. Congratulations Aoife.

Also in April, our ultra running Coach Anne was off in Italy taking part in a 24 hour race (yes, that's right, running for 24 hours). She covered 190KMs in the time making her one of the top finishers and making us all feel very guilty for setting a snooze button when the parkrun Saturday morning alarm goes off. Well done Anne, we are so proud of you.

Once again thank you everyone who has been a part of Forget The Gym this Spring. If you have any questions for Anne, Aoife or Mary, or any of our programmes, be sure to get in touch.
