It's time for the first Hollywood Farmers Market of 2018 and we want you to start it out with some of your favorite regional foods. Eat up the January rainbow with red cabbage, orange 
carrots, yellow beets, green kales, blue potatoes, purple Brussels sprouts, black radishes, brown walnuts and white mushrooms.
While we may be in the depths of winter, you can still find splashes of summer in a jar from fabulous farm kitchens of Gales Meadow Farm and Naked Acres Farm. Find dried spices and herbs, pickled delights, relishes and hot sauces.
Pick up a package of handcrafted sausage from Scratch Meats, a great meal on their own and always a fabulous addition to everyday skillet creations.
With fresh fruit and cider from Kiyokawa Family Orchards you can add the right crisp, sweet or tart apples and pears to your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 2 Towns Ciderhouse will also be offering their full line of Corvallis made hard cider for the adults in the house.
We have guest hot food vendor Mixteca on board tomorrow from our sister Lloyd Farmers Market, and they will be bringing their Oaxacan tamales, mole, and salsas direct from the kitchen of Doñ
a
Paula.

Thank you to everyone who gave to our SNAP match fundraiser this past month. With your help, we raised
$2,300 on Generosity.com! We also raised an additional $300 in cash and check donations at the market.
This was the first time we'd reached out to our market shoppers to sustain the SNAP match program, and we were delighted at the outpouring of support. All the funds raised will go directly to low-income market shoppers, making it possible for hundreds of our neighbors to shop at the farmers market.
If you missed the fundraiser, we will of course continue to accept donations for the SNAP match! You can donate with cash/check at the information booth during any Hollywood Farmers Market, or by credit card at our Paypal link at the bottom of this page.
