Fitness Classes - Get ready for warmer weather...register for new sessions of these popular classes:
 - Tai Chi for Health - Thursday or Saturday mornings starting May 4 and 6. Classes for beginner and intermediate students.
 - Couch-to-5K Running Plan - A plan to move non-runners into an active lifestyle. Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting May 23. 
 - NEW: C5K Next Level - A plan to get experienced runners faster and stronger. Tuesday and Thursday evenings, starting May 23.
 - Senior Fit Club - Choose two or three mornings per week, Mon/Wed/Fri. Next sessions begin June 5 or join the current session for a prorated fee.
 - Cardio Funk - Ongoing, Monday evenings or Saturday mornings.
 - MOVE Strength & Core - Ongoing, Tuesday evenings.
 - MOVE Circuit Training - Ongoing, Thursday evenings.

Stand Up Paddleboarding , with single-date sessions. Classes will be held on Saturdays, 3:00-4:00 pm at My Aloha. Ages 8 to adult. (Under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.) Next dates are May 13 & 27; with more options in June, July and August.

PHR Logo Register now for the 2017 Scotts MLB Pitch, Hit & Run Local Competition, to be held at McEver Fields in Davidson on Saturday, May 6, 3:45 pm. This free event is for boys and girls, ages 7-14.

Senior Pickleball - Drop by on Thursday nights to learn and play pickleball. For ages 50 and up. 6:00-8:00pm at JV Washam Rec Center. 

Adult Basketball - Drop in on Tuesday nights, 6:30-9:00 pm, at Bailey Road Rec Center. For ages 19 and up.

  Imaginative Approach , with works by local artist, Liliana D'Ambra. She uses acrylics, modeling paste on ceramic bas relief, and canvas to create works of mystical mood and sensual emotion inspired by Mediterranean culture.
 
Join us for Drop-In Art for Preschoolers & Homeschoolers and let your child enjoy our mixed media projects adaptable to each age. Children 5 and older may be dropped off; 4 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Register and pay at the door, just $5 per child per hour. Mondays and Thursdays, 10:00 am-12:00 pm, through May 25.

sun smile Registration remains open for   Northern Adventures Summer Day Camp ! There will be eight weeks of camps for ages 6-21, with youth and teens each having their own group. Camp will be held at The Dellwood Center in Huntersville. $100 per week.
