Thank you to everyone who volunteered during 2017... whether you chaired a committee,
poured wine, sold tickets, gave tours,

~ CASI Critter Fixer ~
Carson Animal Services Initiative is making low-cost spay neuter vouchers available to low-income pet owners in the Carson City and Lyon county areas. The vouchers can be used at participating veterinarian offices and will allow people who otherwise couldn't afford it to spay or neuter their pet for only $25 (cat) or $50 (dog). If your ZIP CODE is 897--, 89403, or 89429 and you participate in any of the following benefit programs, you might be eligible for CASI Critter Fixer:
- NV Checkup
- Medicaid
- Social Security Disability
- SNAP/Quest Card
- WIC
- Approval of your child's free or low cost school lunch
- Current Unemployment Insurance recipient verification
If you don't participate in any of these benefits, but your income is below $1,485 per month, you may still qualify for this low-cost spay/neuter program.
Through CASI Critter Fixer, you can get a voucher to help pay the cost of spaying/neutering your dogs or cats and get them vaccinated for rabies if they need it.
