FROM THE PASTOR
IT'S A BOY!!! 

It's A Boy!  We are pleased to announce that our son, Samuel  Ephraim Applehans, came into the world on Monday, May 8th , at  3:03 pm .  He was 6 lbs 12 oz, and 21" long.  His n ame is the topic of this month's pastor's letter.  To read it  click here!
Happy Mother's Day!  

This Sunday we will be engaging what it is to hold and be held.  Pastor Grant will be leading the worship services along with blessing the graduating seniors at  10:00.

"I've waited for this very moment a long time. 4,718 days have passed since thou ghts of documenting the tragic event entered my mind during a flight from a country we'd planned to spend less than 24 hours. I was alone, uncertain of the future and constantly thinking how to tell others about what happened when I knew so few answers myself.
The book is now out and with it a chapter comes to a close... but as the saying goes, another one begins. Thank you for remembering Valerie with me."

Is an amazing story of love and tragedy.  Valerie was a vibrant beautiful person who brought joy to everyone she knew.  This book is an amazing read that I highly recommend (with tissues!)
