Spring Notes
It is April already, where do all the months go? The worst of the winter seems to be behind us now, and I am pleased to say that we are preparing to launch some new vintages to our customers in North Carolina.
Among the new releases is our lovely Foundation Stone White blend, our steel vat Sauvignon Blanc, a new Chardonnay (lightly oaked in old French barrels) and a delicious new version of our reserve Semillon. I'm looking forward to introducing these to you all, and later in May we'll add our new 2016 vintage Chenin Blanc to the portfolio too.
I'm excited to be adding several new clients as Rickety Bridge and J.De Telmont customers as our presence continues to grow in the Raleigh region:
Ridgewood Wine & Beer, Ridge Road, Raleigh

In Elon, across from the university we welcome new client 'The Oak House' at 112 N.Williamson Ave, Elon.
April means only one thing in High Point, and that's 'Spring Furniture Market'. Our 5,000 sq ft showroom space will be transformed by SWAIM Furniture to show off their spring/summer collection.

Rickety Bridge Semillon's awarded top 20 status in South Africa
We're very excited to announce that 3 Semillon wines made by our winemaker Wynand Grobler, have all been awarded top 20 status by renowned Sommelier Higgo Jacobs. Our Rickety Bridge Paulina's Reserve 2014, Road to Santiago bush vine Semillon 2014 and Landau Du Val's Semillon 2014 all received accolades at the highest level. The two former wines are available to purchase here in North Carolina.
Guest events and tastings at Rickety Bridge Inc.
Word is getting around that we have a wonderful event space at our High Point premises. Recently we hosted Live Life Safaris and Imagine Travel from Greensboro, as they entertained prospective clients looking to book travel to Africa.
I hosted private tastings with some amazing folks who took in the atmosphere and learned about our winery's storied history whilst sampling a few of our wines.
