Teams of Lake Forest High School students, from the Business Incubator Honors course, will pitch their business plans in a "shark tank" style format to a Board of Directors and private investors in hopes of attaining funding to launch their business. The Pitch Night presentations are the culmination of the year-long course. The class is designed to create excitement about entrepreneurship and to give students the opportunity to create and develop a product or service. Student teams work closely with real-life entrepreneurs and business experts from the community who serve as coaches and mentors. The Lake Forest High School Foundation commits to funding up to $10,000 each Pitch Night to a worthy team or teams.
