We hear this every year: New Year, New You! What does it mean to you?
Each year that we live is a new opportunity to reset. For that matter every month, week, day and especially every present moment is an opportunity to learn, change and grow. To do this we need desire to change and support to make it happen. We, at Liberty Yoga, are dedicated to help you achieve whatever you wish for yourself today, for 2018 and beyond.

Changes in the New Year at Liberty Yoga

Pricing
Some of our pricing options have changed in the New Year.
Check online or at the front desk for new pricing details. AutoRenew package prices have not changed. Make sure you know what you get with your package. AutoRenew memberships include MORE than they used to for the same price!
Specialty Classes are an additional fee for some clients.
Schedule Changes
January 1st, New Year Gentle Vinyasa Flow- All Levels
Donation Class to support DE Recovery High School
8-9:30 am
(All other classes on Jan 1 cancelled.)
T'ai Chi Chih is moved to Mondays 5:30 pm - 6:45 pm.
MELT Method on Wednesday evenings is cancelled.
"MELT Yoga" on Saturday morning is now "Specialty: MELT Method"
(Specialty Classes have an additional fee for some client types. See fees list.)
Restorative Yoga will be once a month on a Friday.
Kids' Yoga is Back!
Y4ES Class is now Wed 5:15 - 6:45pm and Sat 11:45 - 1:15 pm
New Workshop Policy
Our workshop policy has changed slightly. We are asking for advanced, unpaid sign ups for all workshops. One week before the workshop, we will confirm with you that it is running and charge you at that time. If the minimum enrollment is not met, we will cancel the workshop and notify you of the cancellation via email. Workshops include anything labeled "Workshop" and "Functional Movement".

Pose of the Month:
Extended Mountain pose
OR Heaven Rushing in
This Yoga pose
- Urdhva Hastasana, is an excellent spinal stretch or axial extension. Reduce the compression of the vertebrae and lengthen the spine.
This Eden energy exercise- Heaven rushing in (with arms extended and open in a "V"), opens the mind and the heart to receive support and inspiration.
In the New Year let's practice this pose to ask for what you wish for and you shall receive it!

Monique is certified as a MELT Method® Level 1 & 2 instructor and a Neurostrength instructor! Erin is certified as a MELT level 1 instructor. Both are so excited to try new techniques to help you relieve pain, achieve more, and find optimal posture!
Why MELT?
This is a gentle and pleasant self acupressure technique. It relieves "stuck stress" in the body that comes with repetitive movements or working in a desk job. It is one of the most effective ways to gently relieve chronic pain and to improve posture!

A "sugar detox" or "reboot" gets you on the right track for the New Year by setting you back into a rhythm of healthy eating.
Erin invites you to join her for healthy lunch at Liberty Yoga from 1 - 2 pm Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from Jan 8th - Feb 2nd for potluck style healthy lunch, chatting, and dietary support.
There is no charge for this program.
January 8th from 1-2 pm will be a planning session. Bring a gluten free dish with no added sugar to share with five people.
