Mayor Jerry Weiers and Glendale Chamber Chair of the Board Jean Higginbotham at the 36th Annual Luke Shoot-Out
The weather was perfect, sunny with temperatures topping out in the upper 80's.  All of the golfers, sponsors and volunteers enjoyed a "Chamber of Commerce" day at Falcon Dunes Golf Course located just north of Luke Air Force Base.  There were many on course contests to add to the fun including hole in one and closest to the pin prizes and on all par threes; proximity challenge hole; rubber duckie drive hole; air gun golf ball shot from Putts4Privilege; two Dixon golf contests and a Putting Contest.  More than 25 great prizes were given away in the raffle.  The tournament was capped off by lunch, awards and prizes.  A portion of the proceeds benefit the Commander's Project, "Operation Warmheart".

Special thanks to the Presenting Sponsor, Lerner & Rowe; Supporting Sponsor, PGA Superstore; Hole in One Sponsor, Sanderson Ford; and all of the hole sponsors, goodie bag and raffle prize donors and the volunteers.

Mark your calendars for the 37th Luke Shoot Out Golf Tournament at Falcon Dunes schedule for April 6, 2018.
