Freddy's Flyer

Scrip/Fundraising
End of year Fund Raising statements were sent home on Friday, April 29. You need to mark on the appropriate line indicating how you would like your funds dispersed. The OFFICE copy must be returned to Karen in the office by Friday, May 5 for you to receive credit. If the OFFICE copy is not received in the office by end of the day on Friday, May 6, your funds will be placed in the general school fund. The copy marked YOUR copy is for you to keep for your records. If your total is less than $15, the money will be placed in the general school fund and you will only receive your copy of the form. I am extending this till Monday, May 8. Any forms turned in after the close of school on Monday or not at all, will result in those funds being placed in the general school fund. Please remind your child of the importance of turning in this form. There are quite a few forms that have not been returned.

The last week to order Scrip for this school year will be May 8. Please remind your child of the importance of turning it in on Monday, May 8. I will not be ordering extra stock.

Scrip will be available one time during the summer. I will be at St. Peter on Saturday, July 9 from 6-7:00 p.m. and again on Sunday, July 10 from 8-11:30 a.m. to collect orders. On Saturday, July 16 and Sunday, July 17, I will be at St. Peter during the same time frame to hand out filled orders. If you wish to place an order and will not be available during that time, please call me at 573-690-6155 and we can make arrangements. If someone would like to do this at St. Andrew, please let me know. You can choose your own time frame. It just will have to be the same weekends.

Thank you for another successful year of fund raising. Many families earned enough to pay all of their fees for the next school year and the school also benefited.

Enjoy your summer!!

Attention 8th grade parents: For those of you who participate in Scrip or would like to, and your 8 th grader is your last child here, remember that funds can be sent to Helias Catholic High School. You can drop off your order and I can call you to pick it up when it is ready or you can email it to me and I will call you when it is ready. You may also continue to participate in any of the fund raisers that we do here at St. Peter Interparish School.
