Doctor's Tip for the week

Help Your Little One Feel Better

It can be scary when your baby is sick. We've got tips for treating diarrhea, fevers, and more..

Diarrhea: An infection, trouble digesting certain foods, or too much fruit juice are among the causes. If your child gets it, keep her at home and hydrated. If she's on solids, avoid high-fiber and greasy foods.

Parenting Tip for the week

When Parenting Styles Differ

You're more relaxed, your partner is more strict. These tips can help get you in sync.

Hello Families,

Here we are in another week of April, and the year is rolling by. This week we are celebrating the Week of the Young Child. This is a national week long celebration of activities that observes how wonderful our children are and how much we love them. Every childcare center celebrates in different ways, and we especially have lots of fun! Each day we are all dressing up to bring in the festivities. The days are set-up as follows:
Monday: Too Cool for School: Wear your favorite hat and cool shades
Tuesday: Teams Sport Day: Wear your favorite sports team paraphernalia
Wednesday: Wacky Tacky Day: Wear your craziest clothing to school and let's see how wacky we can get!
Thursday: Pajama Day: Roll out of bed and straight into school! Bring in your favorite stuffed animal as well.
Friday: Spirit Day: Wear your classroom color while enjoying music, bubbles, and popsicles!
Inf: Brown   W1: Green           PreK-1: Duke Blue
T1: Black     W2: Purple          PreK-2: Orange
T2: Red       Preschool: Yellow  School-Age: Brown

Don't forget to bring in your child's "All About Me" poster on Monday so that we can put them all on display in the hallways.  We are all excited about next week!

Have a great week!
