Remember Your AZ Tax Credit!
Such a simple way to give and save on your Arizona taxes.

Wondering how the new tax laws will impact your charitable giving? The new federal law will: a) Provide a number of new lower tax rates; b) Increase standard deductions, and c) Eliminate personal exemptions and nearly all itemized deductions. This may impact your ability to give charitably because the new federal law reduces the number of taxpayers who have the ability to itemize.

What does this mean to you today? To ensure you still have a choice regarding your charitable donations and Arizona tax dollars, go to

You can give $400 per individual or $800 per couple to Furnishing Dignity and take that as a deduction on your 2017 Arizona tax form. We are an Arizona Qualifying Tax Credit Organization and will invest your donation in youth aging out of foster care and individuals/families transitioning out of homeless toward self-sufficiency. We do this through selecting, delivering and setting up furnishings in people's homes, ready to live in once we are finished.

Already thinking of donating to another organization? You can divide your donation and give to more than one organization this year. Our goal is to raise $20,000 through this tax credit program.  Furnishing Dignity 5K Run/Walk/Stroll

Thanks and kudos to everyone who came out to support our first ever run/walk/stroll. The weather was amazing and we received over $1,200 in proceeds from Run Your Race AZ/Shawn Chambers. Additionally, participants brought new and gently used essential home furnishings to donate to our families. We are grateful for your support and hope to see you out there next year!

Twin and full sized sheets and comforters

Coffee tables, side tables, floor lamps, dressers and rugs
