Legislative & Legal Update

California labor laws are constantly changing and the concern becomes how to keep up with legislation and timely compliance; and just as important, what are the effective dates. One of the most comprehensive ways to learn what is new or on the horizon is to attend a legislative conference that covers multiple regulations presented by labor and employment attorneys. Another much less costly method to stay abreast is to attend your local Chapter meetings, read our monthly newsletter and of course attendance at our yearly Legislative Conferences. Check out IE SHRM's schedule of events on our website.
