Awakening to Spirit - A spiritual retreat during the holy season of Pentecost at the Philadelphia Episcopal Cathedral on Saturday, June 10, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. A day of small group sharing, creative expression and sacred music will provide an opportunity to explore the role of the Holy Spirit in our spiritual formation and growth. Summer Camps

St. Thomas' Nursery School Camp Registration and Class Enrollment -
This year the nursery school is offering an additional option for campers, the all-new Steam Summer Camp for children in K - 1st grade. In our STEAM room we use science, technology, engineering, art, and math to inspire the next generation of inventors and innovators. Camp includes outside time in our nature playground. There is space available for fall 2017 for pre-k children. The Adult Education Ministry at  Trinity Episcopal Church at 6587 Upper York Road in Solebury, PA is pleased to announce a two-part Conservation Series for May. These educational forums will focuson  The Fifth Mark of Mission: safeguarding the integrity of creation and sustaining and renewing the life of the earth. Part I of the Conservation series will be held on  Sunday, May 14 , at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. "Mother Earth" will be our featured Mother's Day honoree, as we welcome Patricia Walsh-Collins as our speaker. Patricia is a 37-year resident of Bucks County and creator and owner of Art of Spirit, and Art of Spirit's Earth School. Continuing the Conservation theme, Part II will be presented on  Sunday May 21 , at 11:00 a.m. in the Chapel. This program is appropriate for all ages and will be held in the Chapel. Taize Style Compline at St. Peter's Church in the Great Valley. Please join us in the Bank Barn on Sunday, May 21, 2017 at 7:30 pm for a beautiful service of Compline in the style of Taize led by our choir. A prayerfully wonderful way to end a late spring day. Music

Exciting local music is coming to Incarnation Holy Sacrament Episcopal Church . Starting in September, and running through the fall and winter months, IHS Drexel Hill will be hosting a Coffee House Open Mic and Concert Series. We'll bring in two local musicians to play longer sets and open the rest of the time up for members of the audience to share songs. Church Services

St. Stephen's, Philadelphia has weekday Services on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m. In addition, on the days we have services, we're keeping our doors open from 12 noon to 2:00 p.m. for meditation. Our Parish House office hours are Mondays by appointment and Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Our phone number is, as always, 215-922-3807, and our new email address is [email protected] . Associate Rector who, together with the clergy and staff, will share in the comprehensive ministry of the parish. Minister of Music at St. Thomas' Church, Whitemarsh . St. Thomas' Church seeks to build a highly-participatory music program for its 1,400-member congregation and 105-member preschool centered on Episcopal hymnody with diversity of music, including world music, and graded choirs for all ages. We seek to build our program with the growing numbers of children and teenagers in our parish and involve as many children, youth and adults as possible in our music ministry. To reach our goals, we seek an exceptional musician, who shares our goals and can build an outstanding music program, help us increase worship attendance and membership and enrich each parishioner's spiritual journey. Church Staff

Trinity Church, Gulph Mills is seeking a detailed, focused, and cooperative Part Time Receptionist/Administrative person. The position is hourly, 4 hours per day from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for 40 weeks (school year) and flex hours in the summer, 12 weeks from 9 a.m. to 12 noon, 4 days per week. Primary duties are answering phone calls and serving as receptionists to the church and nursery school. Admin duties include general correspondence and bulletin/form preparation. Requirements include: excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, a friendly disposition and a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. Applicant will need to provide references, clear all background checks, and complete safe church training. Youth/Family Ministries

Director of Children's and Youth Ministries. Saint Peter's Episcopal Church, Glenside is seeking a creative and energetic individual to coordinate and oversee our children's and youth programs. In this twenty hour/week paid position, the Director of Children's and Youth Ministries will work with a group of volunteers, the Rector, and other parish staff to engage, equip, and empower our young people to deepen their relationship with God, inspiring them to live their lives in service of others. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and youth, engaging our young people and their parents in ministry within and outside of the parish.
