The Eastside Pathways Promotores project has been working with eight bilingual Latino community members to identify and address opportunities and needs within the community through grass roots community outreach and engagement. On Saturday, April 29, Promotores and many volunteers celebrated with the members and families at a Latino Community event.   

Since March 2012,  Backpack Meals for Kids  has been working to eliminate the tragedy of weekend hunger. Each weekend in the current (2016-2017) school year, the organization provides 320 children with a meal packet for the weekend.

Executives and staff from community organizations on the Eastside and Seattle joined Eastside Pathways staff and volunteers on April 26 to learn more about Eastside Pathways, the collective impact framework, and how they might get involved.

Eastside Pat hways' Collaboratives meet monthly. Big Brothers Big Sisters  is seeking a Progra m Coordinator to lead the launch of their 
MentorU career and college readiness program inpartnership with Bellevue Schools and 
a local high school. They have provided 1-to-1 mentoring in King County for 60 years, 
serving over 2,000 students and mentors each year.
