Led by Nancy Cinatl
Have you ever wondered why churches look different today than ever before? Could this change have a divine purpose? Explore these questions and more during an education series based on Phyllis Tickle's book, The Great Emergence . The class will focus on fascinating spiritual and cultural history and end with hopeful prospects for the Christian faith. Books are available for $10 in the church office.
Read the Gospel of Matthew
During Lent, take the opportunity to grow your faith by reading through Matthew's gospel over 40 days. As a complement to our FOCUSED sermon series, you can find a purple reading guide in the pew or you can download it HERE. The reading schedule began on February 18 and concludes on Maundy Thursday, March 29.

Prescription for Life
On April 8, for the 9th year, we will begin our "Bottle Campaign". For over 25 years our church has supported the Older Adults Program at the Outreach Community Center. Fill up your bottle with your loose change (or bills or checks). Your generous support helps to provide services such as Friendly Visiting, Mood and Memory Clinic, social activities, field trips, weekly shopping trips, and the popular monthly Lunch and Learn events.
For questions contact Rachel Abbott.

The Wildlife Center is a native wildlife rehabilitation facility that provides care and medical treatment to injured and orphaned wild animals
One Great Hour of Sharing
During this season of Lent, our gifts to One Great Hour of Sharing enable us to share God's love with our neighbors-in-need around the world by providing relief to those affected by natural disasters, provide food to the hungry, and helping to empower the poor and oppressed. If you would like to make a gift to One Great Hour of Sharing, you can make your check out to First Presbyterian Church with OGHS in the memo line, or contribute online.
