What's For Dinner?
We have worked with Kicks Grill at the SportsHouse to select   buffet items  that will please most everyone including students.

We will have vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free, and nut-free options.

Dinner is not a seated affair.  There will be food stations open throughout the venue from 7 PM to 8:30 PM and dessert after the Beauty and the Beast, Jr. preview.

M ost of the Armstrong auction items are on Mobile Bidding.
 
How do I participate in Mobile Bidding? 
  • If you register for the event and give us your cell phone number we will send you a link to begin bidding on Tuesday -- April 10, 2018.
  • You can stop in the Admin Offices (Room 1) at school after Spring Break to get help with Mobile Bidding.
  • If you can not attend the event, you can still participate in Mobile Bidding.  Simply register for a Mobile Bidding ticket by clicking here and you too will get the Mobile Bidding link on April 10, 2018.

Kids Rule the School
On May 16th, Armstrong students take over the school.  The lucky winning bidder in each classroom will have the chance to lead a lesson and help make the rules -- extra recess and no homework are always very popular.

Teacher Auction Items
These activities are a chance to spend time out of school with beloved Armstrong teachers. Most of these activities occur after our early dismissal on Wednesday, May 23 and include Laser Tag, Painting, Bowling, Hiking, a Museum visit and other  activities .

Who Is Invited?
This event is designed for the whole family and all of your friends  Everyone is welcome.  

What Happens at the Community Fundraiser?
Activities  include: field games, photo booth, silent auction, tons of sports, dancing, a preview of our upcoming musical -- Beauty and the Beast Jr., bounce houses, a wine raffle and more!

Are food and beverages  included in the ticket price?
The event does not include a formal sit down dinner, but there will be buffet stations to satisfy most everyone, including students.  We will have vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and nut-free options.

What should we wear?  
The setting is relaxed and casual.  Come dressed play.

I bought tickets already. How do I get my actual tickets?
There are no physical tickets for this event.  Simply give your name at the door when you arrive and we will check you in.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Sorry, NO.  We need a head count for the caterer. Remember ticket prices go up as we get closer to the event so buy your tickets ASAP.

Where should I park?
There is plenty of free parking on the property and there will be parking attendants to guide you.
