STL Central Corridor: Pathway to Tomorrow 

The Central Corridor area of the St. Louis region offers a bold new path into the future for the St. Louis region. The area is proving to be a magnet for bright young people and innovation. Four developers in the area will be featured at "STL Central Corridor: Path to Tomorrow".

Koman Group, which is currently partnering with  Green Street Development Chouteau’s Grove, to develop a ground-up 235 unit multi-family building with an accompanying 22,000 SF of retail in the booming Grove neighborhood of St. Louis.

Lawrence Group, whose latest project in the Central Corridor is City Foundry STL, a $340 million project on the site of the former Federal-Mogul automotive part factory. When complete the site will include offices, shops, a food hall and high-rise apartments.

Green Street Development, which has repurposed a number of buildings in the Central Corridor, such as the former paper warehouse that now houses Urban Chestnut Brewery. Green Street is now partnering with Koman Group on Chouteau’s Grove. Currently in development are plans to revitalize the 200,000 sq. ft. Armory building and connect it with City Foundry via a bridge over I 40/64.

Cortex Innovation Community, the 200-acre district that began the Central Corridor Renaissance 15 years ago, just keeps expanding its mix of technology and vibe.
