CILO reaches 1,000 referrals through the Ohio HOME Choice Program!

CILO's transition coordination services through Ohio HOME Choice Program reached 1,000 referrals in mid-March. Since 2008, CILO has successfully transitioned Medicaid-eligible individuals with disabilities from institutional, long term care back into the community through the Ohio HOME Choice program. Assuring Accessibility at Bunbury

CILO is proud to partner with the Bunbury Music Festival again this year to assure the event is accessible and that those with disabilities are able to enjoy the event to the fullest.
