May 21: Samuel Brinton: You Can't Change What We Never Chose (Harvey Milk Day Lecture)
In an age of changing opportunity for LGBTQ people, the concept of choice and the application of conversion therapy is a conversation that is taking the nation by storm. LGBTQ activist and founder of 50 Bills 50 States will discuss the history, experiences, and actions being taken to end the abuse of the perspective that sexuality should be forcibly changed. 1:30-3:00pm, 30 JFK Street.
