Preschedule your GiveBig Gift Today!

The Seattle Foundation's annual GiveBig online fundraising event for local non-profits is coming up on May 10th, but you can schedule your gift ahead of time starting today. The gift will still be processed on May 10th.

Matching Gifts!

Thanks to generous matching gifts from the Lucky Seven Foundation, Wyncote Foundation NW, and the J. Peter & Jan A. Shapiro Family Fund, your gift will be matched dollar for dollar.

Visit LIHI's GiveBig page today and click the "Donate Now" button to schedule a gift to support our Tiny House and Urban Rest Stop programs.

LIHI recently opened two new tiny house villages in Georgetown and Licton Springs, each housing up to 60 homeless residents in warm, secure tiny houses, and providing case management to help residents find permanent housing and employment. We are in the process of hooking up electricity and building shower and laundry facilities at each village. Your gift will fund these critical village amenities.

Please see yesterday's (4/26/17) Wall Street Journal article and video about LIHI's Tiny House Program.

LIHI's three Urban Rest Stops--Downtown, U District, Ballard--continue their amazing work of providing thousands of free showers, laundry loads, haircuts, and other hygiene services, along with housing and service referrals. You gift funds soap, shampoo, razors, towels, hot water, and other crucial hygiene items.

In addition to donations, volunteers at the Urban Rest Stops and Tiny House Villages help make our programs possible.  Thank you volunteers!  For more info on volunteering please visit our Get Involved page.
