Charles R. Bailey  presented  at the WVDTC 's Product Liability Committee Luncheon where he addressed questions regarding the benefits, challenges and drawbacks to litigation before the West Virginia Mass Litigation Panel. It was a well attended  luncheon with a lot of great questions posed. Marc Williams of Nelson Mullins made a presentation regarding Mass Litigation/Class Certification.

Mass  litigation and class action suits are clearly here to stay.
