The Power of Paint Color
It's interesting to see how paint color can affect the ambiance of the rooms in your home. The colors you select are a reflection of your personal style and how you want to feel in your own space, as well as how you want your guests to feel.

Our loyal and dear customer wanted a whole-home makeover while keeping the original footprint. What better way than with some simple kitchen updates, fresh paint and new flooring throughout?

New Build: Cottage House ("Man Castle")
In 2015, our customer asked us to remodel their recently purchased lake house to better reflect their style. The original home was built by Cutri Construction, so we were very famililar with the home and property, and happy to oblige their wishes to update. (You can view this project in its entirely HERE.)

Last year, the owner approached us about transforming the hillside accross from the home into a carriage house. This carriage house (or as we fondly refer to it --  the "Man Castle") is unique, and a perfect place for entertaining friends, while taking in the beautfiul view of Keuka Lake.

The beautiful resulting structure features a 9-foot Centor accordian door leading to a balcony overlooking the lake, reclaimed hickory hardwood for the interior flooring, vaulted ceiling beams and fireplace mantle, a custom mahogany bar, and a 5-car garage.
