on Long Term Success

Digital Rochester hosts session on creating and benefitting from a positive environment

Rochester, NY - On May 4, 2017, Digital Rochester's Technology Leaders Special Interest Group (SIG) will present "War for Talent: Building a Company Culture & Its Importance on Long Term Success" at Rochester Museum & Science Center. At this event, organizations will learn the elements of a great company culture, and the benefits a positive environment has on employers, employees, and the bottom line.

Company culture is crucial to the long-term health and success of a company. This event will cover what makes a great culture, how to implement a company culture and maintain its effectivity through a company's various growth phases, and what is being done to educate students, who are about to enter the workforce, on being successful in the 21st century work environment. Attendees will also learn how to gain a competitive edge by building a great company culture.

"War for Talent" will feature four experts with unique perspectives on company culture.

The event will begin with coffee and networking at 7:30 a.m. at the Rochester Museum & Science Center. Following the hour-long panel discussion, there will be time for questions from the audience.
