Second Quarter MLS billing was sent by email on March 2 from [email protected]. If you do not see the notice in your Inbox, please check your SPAM and Junk folders so you do not miss out on this important information. As a reminder, payment must be received on or before March 31 to avoid suspension of MLS access. If not paid on or before March 31, you will incur a $25 reinstatement fee. Two SPAAR Members Named 30 Under 30 Finalists

REALTOR® Magazine recently published the list of finalists for their 2017 30 Under 30. Two SPAAR members were named to the list: Henry Edelstein with CBB - Highland Park, and Trent Zimmer with CBB - Apple Valley. Voting for 30 Under 30's Web Choice Award winner opens on March 17. All winners will be announced in REALTOR® Magazine later this spring. In determining who makes the 30 Under 30 list, REALTOR® Magazine staff looks for candidates who are successful in the real estate business and have demonstrated skill, success, creativity, and leadership in their careers.

President’s Liaison Applications Due April 1

NAR’s Global Alliances division is seeking applications from U.S.-based REALTORS® for the 2018 President’s Liaison appointments. President’s Liaisons are appointed by the NAR president to serve as his or her liaison to real estate professionals in an assigned country. Applications must be submitted by 4 p.m. Central time on April 1 to Supap Jitta.

In Memoriam: Ernie Burrow

Longtime SPAAR member, Ernie Burrow, passed away on March 1,2017. Burrow started selling real estate 1962. During his career, he served on various positions on the St. Paul Area Association of Realtors, retiring in 2012, 50 years later. He achieved GRI, CRS, and Realtor Emeritus. A celebration of life service was held in honor of Ernie, on March 9.
