Life has been a bit of a roller coaster the past few weeks... births, deaths, accomplishments, failures, celebrations, loss... and this "breathing exercise" from Thich Nhat Hanh's book Be Free Where You Are really spoke to me in its simplicity. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I do!
