Community Table: MO Alliance for Animal Legislation - Monday, May 22nd from 5pm - 8pm
Community Table Night at Baileys' Range is an event about St. Louis, for the benefit of St. Louis, because we love St. Louis! We want to give back to the people of the city that have given us so much. Each month (usually the last Monday), we will select a local charity or non-profit organization and donate 25% of every check from 5-8pm.

Join our Executive Sous Chef AJ Benga as he demonstrates new dishes for our upcoming restaurant, Hugo's Pizzeria, opening this Summer.
Chef AJ will be preparing a delicious Tuscan Panzanella and Banana Blueberry Overnight Oats on the patio of Rooster South Grand. Ticket purchases include a sample of the dishes, a signature cocktail, and take-home recipe cards. We'll be raffling off prizes and enjoying the Spring! Join us!

Slow Food: Convivial Pursuits - Tuesday, May 9th from 7pm - 9pm
Convivial Pursuits: Conversations About Food. This month, we're talking turkey (okay, chicken) about growing food in the home garden, including perennial vegetables, edible landscaping, and keeping fowl and honeybees. It doesn't get much more local than your own backyard! The May Convivial Pursuits presents Terry Winkelmann, Founder of the Sustainable Backyard Tour, and two long-time hosts, beekeeper Scott Klein and urban homesteader Dmitri Kabargin, in a conversation about eating local and growing a sustainable backyard. The cost is a suggested donation of $5. Proceeds benefit Slow Food St. Louis' Small Farm Biodiversity Micro-grant Program, which has given more than $67,000 to local farmers over the past seven seasons. Guests may order dinner from the Rooster Menu during the meeting, which is held in our East Dining Room.

Beer & Spirits School - Saturday, May 13th from 11am - 12:30pm
Ever wonder what it takes to create our beer or spirits? Join us for a guided tour of the brewery and distillery. You will learn about the history of Square One, the different equipment and parts of the brewing and the distilling process, about the raw materials that go into our products, and different ways to infuse flavoring. We will also talk about how we use our beer and spirits in our dishes. Tours will be on the first Saturday of the month at 11:00am, and last about an hour. The class is free, but reservations are required, as space is limited. Please check with our manager or call 314-231-2537 to place your name on the list. Due to the Microfest Beer Festival on May 5th, our next Beer & Spirits School is Saturday, May 13, 2017!
Mother's Day Brunch & Dinner - Sunday, May 14th from 10am - 9pm
Join us for our famous Brunch and Buffet on Mother's Day! We will have a spread of some of our brunch favorites and will roll out ham, corned beef hash, roasted veggies, and many other brunch favorites, sweet pastries, chocolate covered strawberries and our decadent dessert bar. We will be open for Brunch from 10am-2pm, We will close the kitchen at 2pm, and reopen it at 5pm. The bar will remain open during this time. From 5-9pm we will have our Fried Chicken Dinner. Macaroni Monday from 5pm - 9pm
If you like Build a Burger, you'll love our Macaroni Monday. Our Chef has created a very imaginative list of ingredients that will make you think twice about what Mac N Cheese can be. You build this dish in the same way you build your burger on Tuesdays. You start with a bowl of elbow macaroni with one of six sauces for just $3. Then you choose your cheese (up to 7 choices) and then you go hog wild with vegetables and meats each item for a small cost. An example of our chef's special combinations is the Mac-Arranean - smoked tomatoes/artichoke/kalamata olives/herb garlic sauce and swiss cheese for $6.25. Another example is the Smokehouse pulled pork/bacon/red onion/BBQ Sauce and Cheddar cheese for $8.75. Macaroni Monday menu is served from from 5:00pm until 9:00pm.

From 5pm until 9pm, we have our regular burger and bun available for $3.00 plus a long list of items you can add for a nominal fee. This is a great list to choose from just about anything from the kitchen! You can also start with our Falafel Burger for $4.00 or the Game Burger for $5.00. Build your dream burger your way! And now we are having a competition for the Best Built Burger! Our Chef will choose the most interesting Dream Burger each week, and it will become our Featured Burger of the Week the following week. A single gift card accepted at all of the Saint Louis Originals restaurants. The gift card can be purchased

and over the phone (877-229-7299) and you choose the amount of your card (between $25 and $1000). The card can be used multiple times for your own dining, or as a gift. Your gift cards will be mailed via USPS within two (2) business days of receipt of payment.
