2017 District Conference 

 Come one come all to the 48^th Annual Atlantic Northeast District Conference scheduled for Saturday,October 7, 2017, in Leffler Chapel at Elizabethtown College.  Join with brothers and sisters in fellowship, worship and learn what God is doing through our commissions, congregations, fellowships and projects.  We will receive reports from various agencies and hear how God’s Kingdom is touching people’s lives.  District Conference is always a great time for renewing acquaintances and meeting new people.

The theme for this year’s Conference is:

  "Transformed Into His Image” – Romans 12:1-2.  

Living amidst our families, churches and communities, we face many pressures each day.  Our lives are busy, and we encounter challenges, therefore, we need to be presenting our bodies as a living sacrifice, continually transformed in the image of God.

Like the butterfly, we emerge out of our complex struggles and circumstances and choose to commit to Christ’s love being empowered by the Holy Spirit to affect our churches, our communities and the world we live in.  Our purpose is to promote and share the gospel of Christ using our individual gifts and talents given to us by Our Heavenly Father and thus bringing Him all the praise and honor and glory.

Registration: 

CHURCH DELEGATES:  If you are a church Moderator or Clerk, please complete all information needed for the moderator and clerk as well as for each delegate. Place your name in the certification section to verify your delegates.  If needed, changing or replacing Delegates can be done at a later date by calling the office.

We must have all delegates registered for each congregation by July 1.

INDIVIDUAL:  Please complete your information and select the Non-Delegate option.  If you are registering as a delegate for your church, please contact the church to verify that you are to register separately before completing the registration.  Watch a short video explaining how to register - Click HERE.

This year, there is an option to select to receive your conference book as a PDF so that you may upload to your laptop or tablet and take notes accordingly instead of a paper copy. Please select that option should this be a benefit to you.

Register Now!Delegate registration:  SAVE $5 and register before July 1 ($30); Between July 1 & September 15 the fee is $35; Registration after September 15 is $40.

Non-Delegate registration is $30 per person until September 15, and $40 after.
