Fish House update -
the Fish House remains closed until we can locate a licensed hauler and drop site. Fish guts are no longer accepted at this time. We continue to search for options. Thank you for your patience.

Boat Slips still accepted for Sub-License Program  - All 36 sub-license boat slips were assigned at the April 22 Slip Assignment Day. We have more property owners seeking an assignment, and will continue to accept slips into the program. If you will not be using your Seasonal Boat Slip this year, please consider entering it in our Sub-License Boat Slip Program. This will allow another member to use a slip for the season and 75% of the slip fee ($150) will be refunded to you if the slip is successfully sub-licensed. Any available sub-license slips will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Final Notice - Liens filed May 1 on unpaid assessments!
61 lots still have not paid their Annual Dues. If these fees remain unpaid, a lien will be filed May 1.

Lot Auction Scheduled
- Save the date for the Sheriff's Sale Lot Auction, Saturday, June 17 at 1 p.m. in the Clubhouse. More info coming soon!

Free mulch at the Quarry (Archery Range): ACL has been the recipient of unsolicited dumping of mulch at the quarry on the north side of the lake (N. Apple Canyon Rd between Bear Claw Dr. & Eagle Feather Ct.) and we need to get rid of it.
PLEASE help yourself to the mulch in this location only (mulch at the old firehouse is intended for ACL projects - please do NOT take from this location.)
PLEASE NOTE: The quarry is not a dumping ground for landscaping or construction refuse and anyone caught doing so could be fined.

Website snafus - As you may have discovered, our new website has encountered a few snafus over the past week or so. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we get all of this information up to date. If you come across an issue with the website, please call Cindy at 815-492-2769 or email us.
