Spring is here! Rain showers, song birds, bright flowers, warm air, green grass... and spring cleaning!

Just as clutter can build up around us (stacks of paper on our desks, winter clothes and boots taking up the closet, kids' toys scattered on the floor), clutter can occupy our minds. Journaling gives us a place to explore the clutter and refocus. This spring, while you're doing some cleaning around the house or outside, take time to declutter your mind as well.
