What a fellowship,
what a joy divine ...
These words from the old hymn, "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms," express our time together at this year's CBFNC Annual Gathering. From the "Growing Young" Leadership Institute on Thursday afternoon through the "All Are Called Forum" on Saturday morning, many from around our state enjoyed the fellowship only experienced when you are with family. God is doing tremendous things in the lives of Cooperative Baptists and within our churches. It was inspiring to hear from so many of you about how you are working for the Kingdom. Find growing list of resources, including audio recordings and handouts, on our website.

In addition, the CBFNC community is grateful to First, Hickory, for the wonderful hospitality they extended to Baptists from NC and beyond at last week's Annual Gathering. The members and staff greeted us with smiles in the parking lots, directed us around the beautiful church campus, created spaces in which we could worship and learn, served delicious food, and much more. Thank you, First, Hickory, for your ministry of hospitality to your CBFNC brothers and sisters! Go ahead and make plans to attend next year's Annual Gathering at Knollwood Baptist Church in Winston-Salem on March 15-17, 2018!
