Ecstatic Dance Dallas | Ecstatic cOMmUnity has a dream team coming together to co-create a celebratory, ceremonial completion of 2017 and a warm, wholehearted, receptive (YES) welcome to 2018.
To open body-mind, heart and imagination, we'll begin with asana yoga with the impeccable guidance of dancing yogini Sarah Sampson. This will be masterfully guided explorative movement combined with asana yoga to shed the skin and identity of 2017 as we move into 2018 with fresh eyes, expectant of new possibilities. Welcoming to ALL levels. Bring your own mat. Wear yoga clothes and bring dance clothes to change if you wanna. Please wear lots of white if you like for dance!
We'll move organically from yoga into our first ecstatic dance wave of the night offered up by the great Katie Toohil! This will be a down tempo mini warm-up wave to move the room and stir the energy. Dancers can connect and greet one another in this space as the music moves us synchronistically into the evening.
Afterwards comes a luscious heart-opening, mind and energy-expanding Cocoa Ceremony with the sweet enchantress, Emily Ashley. Info on cocoa ceremony HERE.

One of our beloved resident music journey shamans, Chris Campbell (aka Cosmic Soup) will weave his sweet, deep, melodic beat magic for an extended New Year's Eve 2017 Ecstatic Dance journey!
Finally, we'll welcome 2018, crossing the threefold into the new year with a high vibration sound bath meditation guided by the indelible, beautiful divine masculine, Miguel Michael Angel.
Plus some splendid surprises designed to delight your imagination and entice your senses. Also, a raffle for 12 monthly Ecstatic Dance Dallas passes! More to come. Stay tuned for updates.
