Meditation and the Zone: How to Achieve, Stay, and Excel in the Zone
Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at 6:30 PM

What is the Zone? A special magical place where people are able to maximize and even go beyond their potential; seemingly with ease. A place where performance goes far beyond levels commonly attained by others. How to get there is the key. Join Dr. Post for this energy centering program where you will be given keys to help us get into the "Zone". Through focused accurate meditation we too can get there. Dr. Post is a chiropractic physician, author, teacher and long time meditator and will present this program which will include time for a practical meditation demonstration and Q & A.

This program is free and open to the public. Please call 401-625-6796 to register.
