A Message from Kara...

Celebrate Interior Design!

Every interior designer has that project that makes them sit back and say "WOW, that turned out awesome!" What is your favorite? Was it the small bungalow down by the beach, the mansion on the hill, the hot new restaurant around the corner, the suites at the newest swanky hotel, or possibly the corporate offices downtown? Whatever your favorite may be - you need to enter it into the 2017 ANDYZ Awards!

When it comes to great interior design, ANDYZ celebrates the best of the best. The ANDYZ Awards have become a prestigious honor, and an impressive addition to anyone's resume. Interior Designers, Architects, and Design Students are invited to submit their best work. All entries will be judged by independent designer judges, and the winners will be celebrated at the ANDYZ Awards Celebration - on opening day of Las Vegas Summer Market.

Deadline for entries is May 15th, and you cannot win if you don't enter!  The third annual ANDYZ Awards will be held in the World View Ballroom on the 16th floor of building B, at World Market Center, on Sunday July 30th. The ANDYZ Awards are co-produced with Las Vegas Design Center.

Sincerely,

Kara Maas, Allied ASID

DESCRIPTION:
Fluctuations in the global economy, climate, and political landscape are causing a demographic revolution in our world. The 2017 Impact Summit will be hosted by the Interior Designers of Canada (IDC) and ASID. The summit is designed to forge innovative solutions that address economic growth and sustainability, building stronger workforces, and nurturing rich, robust, cultural integration and diversity within our communities.
Attendees will collaborate with leaders from the business, government, interior design, architecture, city planning, facilities management, and non-profit sectors in Regent Park, Toronto. Regent Park is the world's only contemporary community to have successfully harnessed design to address migration, diversity, and cultural issues within an aggressive economic rejuvenation plan. Practitioners, thought leaders, and emerging influencers will each have a role to play at this one-of-a-kind summit. View the full agenda, speaker profiles, and additional event information on  idccanada.org.
