Riverside Medical Center Experiences Success
with TCPI Quality Improvement Program
Riverside Medical Center's participation in ILHITREC's TCPI program is providing the medical group with valuable guidance to successfully implement quality improvement plans central to the new value-based payment model.
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and many private payers are now reimbursing providers based on patient health outcomes as opposed to a fee for service model. ILHITREC's TCPI program is helping providers throughout Illinois operate successfully in the new value-based healthcare payment model.

Log-in to IMPACT Now to Avoid MU attestation problems
Providers can review the eMIPP Attestation Guide for step-by-step screenshots to assist you in the process. It takes 5 minutes per provider. Doing so allows Providers to:
- Confirm the person responsible for attestation can log-in to IMPACT (pg. 1-2)
- Confirm in IMPACT that the person attesting has access to each provider's domain with administrator profile (pg. 3-4)
- Have each provider's CMS ID ready
- Confirm that information on the Federal Information section of eMIPP is up to date (pg. 5-10)

Illinois Medicaid Attestation Deadline April 30, 2017
The deadline for Providers to attest in the Illinois Medicaid Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program for the 2016 program year has been extended to April 30, 2017. The extension applies only to eligible providers who registered for the program at the CMS website by the March 13, 2017 registration deadline for the Medicare/Medicaid EHR Incentive programs, but have not yet attested to the Illinois Medicaid EHR Incentive Program for the 2016 program year.
