COUNTY RECORDER
NEW $75 FEE FOR RECORDING EVERY REAL ESTATE INSTRUMENT, PAPER, OR NOTICE
Effective January 1, 2018, County Recorders will be collecting an additional $75 for each real estate document recorded. The fee will be calculated per document.
Please adjust your checks with "DO NOT EXCEED AMOUNT" accordingly.

SANTA BARBARA SUPERIOR
ANNOUNCES INCREASE TO eFILING COST RECOVERY FEE
Effective January, 1, 2018, Santa Barbara Superior will increase the MANDATED COURT / EFM FEE (collected by court) from $3.50 to $5.00 per eFiling envelope.
