Provider News!
Commonwealth Care Alliance (CCA) is launching a new electronic newsletter in an effort to better support you and your staff as you care for patients with complex medical, behavioral health and social needs, including individuals with disabilities. Through our two health plans, CCA can extend your reach into the home and community through care coordination, behavioral health, geriatric and long-term services and supports, even medical care at home as needed. Because helping your patients live safely and independently at home for as long as possible is at the heart of CCA’s mission of providing the best possible care, tailored individually to the members we serve.
This newsletter will be emailed to you four times a year in an effort to:
Keep you up-to-date on the latest industry and clinical information and tips on caring for patients with complex healthcare needs.
Provide greater insight behind CCA’s nationally recognized care model, which has been proven to improve quality and health outcomes and reduce the overall costs of care.
As we close 2017, I want to personally thank you for your collaboration and commitment, especially given the “growing pains” that CCA experienced in recent months while taking full responsibility for these issues. I am excited to report that those issues are behind us, and for all that 2018 holds for our partnership and the promise of everything we will accomplish together on behalf of your patients.

I also want to wish each and every one of you a holiday filled with joy, warmth and comfort of family and friends, the blessings and peace of the season, and the generous spirit to share these gifts with our communities throughout the coming year.
