April 5, 2017

Join us on April 15 at 1pm for a performance by the popular Atlantic City Jazz Band, as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the first jazz recording and Jazz Appreciation Month. The band will perform songs by the Dixie Land Jazz Band, as well as discuss the background of jazz songs, origins of jazz in New Orleans and the book, "Tunes of the 20's" by Robert Rawlins.

National Library Week is almost here, and we're looking forward to running our annual Food for Fines campaign from April 9-15. Let your overdue book fines help those in need! "Pay" overdue fines with donations of non-perishable canned or packaged items, and each item will equal $1 in fines (existing fines only). We accept it all! Food, toiletries, household products and even pet food. Donate and have your library fines disappear!

Award-winning dramas, family-fun comedies, and not-so-family-fun romances (50 Shades is here fans). Here are the upcoming DVDs available for April!
