Drug Topics Interviews IACP on NECC Tragedy and the Future of Compounding

IACP's Executive Vice President John Voliva, RPh, is extensively quoted in a Drug Topics article this week, NECC and the Future of Compounding Pharmacy.

"The FDA and Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy," according to Voliva and many other members of the media, "had clear authority to investigate and take action that would have stopped the operations at New England Compounding Center, and both had been informed of problems there. Neither did."

We're Up to 51 Signatures!

TAKE ACTION by May 1st! Ask your Representatives to Sign Letter to FDA

Please contact your respective Congressional representatives, asking them to join Congressmen Stewart and Carter in signing a bipartisan communique to FDA!

THANK YOU! To date, 430 messages have been sent to the Hill and 51 House signatures have been obtained! We are not publishing the signature list at this point. If you would like to know if your Representative has signed on, please email [email protected]

Please note: Representative Stewart's office extended the signature deadline to Monday, May 1st. Please continue contacting your respective offices as we continue this campaign.
