On Saturday, May 6 at the Hood River Inn, Cellar Master Brian McCormick will be hosting a dinner inspired by the style and flavors of Italy. 

   The evening will begin with a pre-dinner reception from 5:30 until 6:15 featuring locally crafted cheeses selected by Chef Mark DeResta Our chef for the evening, Mark is well known for his fresh and distinctive Italian flair in the kitchen. We will then follow with 3 savory courses and finish, of course, with a dessert. All dishes will be inclusive of many fresh, locally farmed ingredients and each course will be paired with wines hand crafted by Brian from traditional Italian grape varieties.
