Driving Directions The hotel is located near intersection of US 412 & I-49 (exit 72). It is within walking distance of a good selection of restaurants and fast food places.
If you plan to fly: You will be flying into the Fayetteville/Bentonville, AR airport. The airport code is XNA. It is served by American, Delta, United, and Allegiant Airlines, with non-stop services to 14 destinations.
In order to provide a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, we MUST have your day of arrival, time of arrival and airline name ahead of time. Please give us this information at the time of registration, if possible. If not, it MUST be called in to Engeltal (870-446-2252) before June 26. This only applies to the Bentonville, AR airport (XNA). If Engeltal does not have this information ahead of time to make arrangements with the hotel, the hotel will not be able to schedule your pick up and you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation. It is approximately a 14 mile trip.
Children and Youth
Proverbs 22:6 says, "Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it."
The youth and children will be dismissed from each meeting after the worship time to go to their own classes. Pastor Don James oversees both our Children's and Youth Ministries. His wife, Catherine has put together a very wonderful program for our youth, bringing in special speakers and drawing our youth into a deeper walk with God.
Stephanie Schureman, author of the children's book, Here I Am, The One You Love, will minister to the children ages 5-12. She will be presenting the Holy Spirit as a Friend and teaching the children to hear His voice, how to interpret their dreams and so much more.
A nursery is also available for infants through age 4. If your four year old is mature enough for a class setting, they may go with the children.
ALL parents MUST serve as a volunteer with the Children's Ministry for at least one session during the Convention.

"Encountering the King"
Beloved,
We welcome you to attend the 39th World Convention of the End-Time Handmaidens and Servants where our focus will be on “Encountering the King”!
One of the definitions for “encounter” in the Merriam-Webster online dictionary is “to come upon face-to-face.” We are gathering in Springdale, Arkansas, to worship together, to pray together as earnest, from-the-heart intercessors, and to study the Word of God together with extremely dynamic speakers. In doing all these, we meet to prepare an atmosphere in which we will encounter our King face-to-face.
Our Father is looking for a Bride—a Bridal Company—who will unify in their love for His Son, becoming like Him, to be a “help meet” suitable for Him. That is, He is looking for those who are pursuing Him in love and being transformed into His image from Glory to Glory as they dwell in His Presence!
The Word of the Lord regarding Arkansas and all the mighty things He is doing in this state has drawn us to bring this World Convention “home” to where it all began. In 1976-1979 we held our first four World Conventions in Dogpatch. These gatherings have gone to some of America’s well-known cities (St. Louis, Dallas, Washington DC, Chicago, Atlanta, and more), but this time we are going to a small city that started under the name of Shiloh. Of course, biblical Shiloh was the place where the Glory of God rested for over 360 years in the Tabernacle. We are humbly trusting that the Glory will return to Shiloh in this event as we welcome the King to come and have His way!

CELEBRATION BANQUET!
You will need to make a reservation for the banquet. We have to let the chef know before we arrive at the Convention how many will be attending the banquet and which entrée you want. So please pre-register and help us give the chef a good count on the meals. You will have your choice of Honey Garlic Chicken with Pineapple Chutney or Herb Rubbed Brisket with Demi Glace (indicate your selection on the registration form), with a salad, vegetables, warm rolls, dessert, and freshly brewed coffee and iced tea. The adult/youth price for the banquet is $30.00. The child's plate is $17 (ages 4-12). These prices include tax and gratuity. There will be no charge for children 0-3 who eat from an adult plate or who share a purchased child's plate.
A nursery will be available for children 0-3 during the banquet for the convenience of parents. Please feed your children before you take them to the nursery.
