OLA Expanded to $750,000 FAME Exposure In response to Voice of the Customer research, FAME launched its fourth and largest loan insurance enhancement in the last six months.
As of April 1, the maximum exposure in FAME's OnLine Answer (OLA) system has now doubled from $375,000 to $750,000.
Lenders can process applications for loan insurance through OLA, FAME's secure web application, and receive a decision in seconds. This expansion allows lenders to use the OLA system instead of the traditional paper application to apply for larger loan insurance. Learn More...
Commitment fees for OnLine Answer (OLA) commenced on April 1, 2017
FAME waived the 0.5% commitment fee on OLA applications processed through March 31, 2017. The fee will be charged on loans processed through the OLA program starting April 1, 2017. FAME's updated fee schedule can be found
